Class types
Reformer Class
All-levels, 55-minute, full body session filled with the classics, mixed in with some props. We have fun moving our bodies through all planes of motion. Always challenging ourselves to grow deeper in our movement and understanding of the exercises.

Private sessions give you the studio and teacher all to yourself for 55 minutes. Each workout is tailored to your goals, energy, and any limitations, with your instructor’s full attention. Weekly recurring times can also be arranged.

Duet sessions are perfect for couples, friends, or family who want to practice Pilates together in a private setting. With the studio all to yourselves, you’ll enjoy a personalized workout while connecting with each other.

Sarah’s mission is to help you develop strength, flexibility, and confidence in your body. Together, you will explore all planes of motion using spring tension to create the ideal mix of challenge and stretch, so you leave feeling refreshed, taller, and stronger.

Maggie is a Peak Pilates–certified instructor with over a decade of experience helping clients move and feel their best. Specializing in everything from elite athlete training, post-rehab care and pre/post-natal Pilates, she blends expertise and patience to guide you toward your goals with confidence.
